Our Holiday Open House was such a fun, festive event! The food was so delicious and it is easy to make at home! Enjoy our recipes from what was served at our open house!

2 Bags mini potatoes

Cut in half, roll in olive and roast until tender

Gently remove a bit of the potato

Peel and cook 4-6 potatoes

Mash and combine with:

1 C sour cream

1/2 C bacon ranch dressing

1/2 C butter

1 C grated cheddar cheese

1 small jar bacon bits

Onion salt to taste

Fill the mini potatoes with mixture from a piping bag.  Bake 15-20 minutes to warm before serving.
