1 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
