We have added a new tab to our web site. Our customers keep asking us about the recipes for some of the things that we served at our Grand Opening Open House. So we have added a place on our website where you can find favorite recipes of our staff as well as the recipes of those things that we serve at our store events. Below is Brenda’s Sangria recipe that has become a favorite of all of our staff and customers.
1 Large bottle Madria Sangria Chilled
1- 2 Liter Bottle Ginger ale Chilled
Chill bowl or pitcher and pour both together. Add diced fruit (apple, pear, orange, etc.) and serve.
Tip: To keep cold without diluting I always freeze ice cubes made from ginger ale, and a few made in larger containers – butter bowl that will take longer to melt.
Pam, one of our sales associates, makes a fabulous Spinach Artichoke Dip.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichoke hearts
1 small onion – chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
Mix ingredients together and place in a 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
