  • Salmon fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Brown sugar
  • Dijon mustard

Preparation:

Brush salmon with a mixture of the wet and dry ingredients.  Start your smoker with the lid open for 5 minutes to get started.  Place salmon on grill and smoke for 3 hours.  Remove from grill and enjoy.
